Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced small
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup crispy fried onions or tempura flakes
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice, then toss the warm rice with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt; let cool slightly.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and soy sauce together in a bowl.
- Add the diced tuna to the sauce and fold gently to coat evenly.
- Divide the seasoned rice among four bowls.
- Top with the spicy tuna, cucumber, and avocado.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and crispy fried onions.
- Serve immediately while the tuna is cold and the rice is just warm.
