Maple Soy Glazed Salmon
This maple soy glazed salmon pairs the deep sweetness of maple syrup with salty soy and a touch of ginger, reduced into a sticky glaze that caramelizes beautifully on seared salmon fillets. Weeknight-easy but restaurant-worthy.
