  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey and garlic, breaking up the meat as it browns, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chiles, and chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook 8-10 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces and thickens slightly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top, cover, and cook 2 minutes until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and scatter fresh cilantro over the top.
  7. Serve with lime wedges, and pile onto tortillas, rice, or tortilla chips.
