Store-bought flatbread gets a fast pizzeria upgrade with garlic oil, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. It bakes in about 12 minutes, making it perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or an easy appetizer.

Ingredients
- 4 naan or flatbreads
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir together olive oil and minced garlic, then brush over both sides of each flatbread.
- Arrange flatbreads on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each.
- Top evenly with sliced mozzarella and tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper, then bake 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and scatter fresh basil over the top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, slice, and serve warm.
