  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together olive oil and minced garlic, then brush over both sides of each flatbread.
  3. Arrange flatbreads on the baking sheet and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each.
  4. Top evenly with sliced mozzarella and tomato slices.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then bake 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and scatter fresh basil over the top.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using, slice, and serve warm.
