  2. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the gnocchi directly to the sauce, stirring gently to submerge. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gnocchi are tender.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
