  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 9x12 inches.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border, then sprinkle with mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian herbs.
  4. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seam to seal.
  5. Slice the log into 12 even pinwheels using a sharp or serrated knife.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels cut-side up on the baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
