Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 4 medium flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Place a whole banana at one edge of the tortilla and drizzle with honey and a pinch of cinnamon, if using.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly around the banana, starting from the banana end, pressing gently to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas, peanut butter, and bananas.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife and arrange on a plate to serve.
