Mini Turkey Meatballs
These bite-size turkey meatballs are tender, lightly seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs, and just the right size for little hands or a fork. Bake them plain for dipping or simmer them in marinara for an easy pasta night.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups marinara sauce (optional, for simmering)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and milk, mixing gently until just combined.
- Using a tablespoon or small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, about 20 total, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- If desired, transfer the baked meatballs to a saucepan of warm marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to soak up flavor before serving.
