  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and milk, mixing gently until just combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon or small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs, about 20 total, and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. If desired, transfer the baked meatballs to a saucepan of warm marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to soak up flavor before serving.
