  5. Divide dough into two disks, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface and cut into holiday shapes.
  7. Place cookies on parchment-lined baking sheets, 1 inch apart, and bake 8-10 minutes until edges are just barely golden.
