Ingredients
- 8 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 8 oz salami, sliced
- 4 oz soft cheese (brie or camembert)
- 4 oz aged cheddar, cubed
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 1 cup mixed nuts (marcona almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup fresh grapes
- 1/2 cup dried figs or apricots
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/2 cup fig jam or honeycomb
- 2 cups assorted crackers and crostini
- to taste Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Select a large wooden board or platter as your base.
- Place small bowls for the fig jam and honeycomb at varying points on the board first, then build around them.
- Fold the prosciutto into loose ribbons and fan out the salami slices in overlapping rows.
- Add the brie, cheddar cubes, and blue cheese in separate clusters, spacing them evenly around the board.
- Fill the gaps with mixed nuts, grapes, dried figs, and pomegranate arils for color and texture variety.
- Tuck crackers and crostini into remaining open spaces, standing some upright for visual height.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs tucked between clusters and serve at room temperature.
