  1. In a mixing bowl or two individual jars, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined and no dry oats remain at the bottom.
  3. Cover the jars or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight (8-12 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash more milk if you prefer a looser consistency.
  5. Top with fresh berries and chopped nuts just before serving.
  6. Enjoy cold, straight from the fridge.
