Mediterranean Tuna Salad
Flaked canned tuna tossed with crisp cucumber, juicy tomato, briny olives, and tangy feta in a bright olive oil-lemon dressing. This no-cook salad comes together in minutes and is just as good the next day.

Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Drain the tuna well and flake it into a large mixing bowl with a fork.
- Add the diced cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, being careful not to break up the tuna and feta too much.
- Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
- Let the salad sit for 10 minutes at room temperature (or chill for 30 minutes) to let the flavors meld before serving.
- Serve as-is, over greens, or stuffed into pita bread.
