  1. Drain the tuna well and flake it into a large mixing bowl with a fork.
  2. Add the diced cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, being careful not to break up the tuna and feta too much.
  5. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  6. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes at room temperature (or chill for 30 minutes) to let the flavors meld before serving.
  7. Serve as-is, over greens, or stuffed into pita bread.
