Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more as needed)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and almond butter to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until completely smooth and thick — add a splash more almond milk only if the blender is struggling.
- Taste and blend in a touch more milk if it's too thick to blend smoothly, keeping the final texture thick enough to eat with a spoon.
- Pour the smoothie into two chilled bowls.
- Arrange the granola, sliced strawberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds in sections on top.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
