  1. In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Rinse and slice the strawberries; leave blueberries and raspberries whole.
  3. In two glasses, spoon a layer of sweetened yogurt into the bottom of each.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries, followed by a layer of granola.
  5. Repeat the layers once more, ending with a final layer of berries and granola on top.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and chia seeds.
  7. Drizzle with extra honey, garnish with mint, and serve immediately for the best granola crunch.
