Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, to taste
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit only)
Instructions
- Add the milk and yogurt to the blender first.
- Add the frozen strawberries, banana, and honey.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- If a thicker texture is desired, add the ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed, or thin with a splash more milk if too thick.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
