Peach Iced Tea

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat and add the tea bags; steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the sliced peaches to the warm tea and let steep for 10 minutes to infuse the fruit flavor.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, then let the tea cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate until fully chilled, at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.
