Peach Iced Tea
A sweet, sun-tea-style iced tea infused with fresh peaches and a touch of honey, brewed from black tea and chilled over ice. Fruity, fragrant, and endlessly refreshing on a hot afternoon.

Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 6 black tea bags
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/3 cup honey or granulated sugar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- to taste Ice, for serving
- to taste Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat and add the tea bags; steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, until fully dissolved.
- Add the sliced peaches to the warm tea and let steep for 10 minutes to infuse the fruit flavor.
- Stir in the lemon juice, then let the tea cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until fully chilled, at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.
