A classic North Indian yogurt drink blending ripe mango, plain yogurt, and a touch of cardamom into a thick, cooling, sweet-tangy beverage. Perfect alongside spicy food or as a refreshing treat on its own.

  1. Add the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until frosty and well chilled.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if the mango isn't very ripe.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few saffron threads or chopped pistachios if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
