Mango Lassi
A classic North Indian yogurt drink blending ripe mango, plain yogurt, and a touch of cardamom into a thick, cooling, sweet-tangy beverage. Perfect alongside spicy food or as a refreshing treat on its own.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- to taste Pinch of saffron threads or chopped pistachios, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until frosty and well chilled.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if the mango isn't very ripe.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a few saffron threads or chopped pistachios if desired.
- Serve immediately.
