Green Detox Smoothie
A nutrient-dense, refreshing green smoothie blending baby spinach, cucumber, green apple, and lemon with a touch of ginger. Light, hydrating, and packed with vitamins without tasting overly "grassy."

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach, packed
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- to taste 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the coconut water and spinach to the blender first and blend briefly until the spinach is fully broken down.
- Add the cucumber, green apple, banana, lemon juice, and ginger.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth.
- Add the ice and blend again until frosty and well combined.
- Taste and adjust with a little more lemon juice for brightness or a touch of honey if a sweeter smoothie is preferred.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
