  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, yogurt, and honey to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on low first to break up the fruit, then increase to high speed, using the tamper or pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth like soft-serve ice cream; the mixture should be thick enough to eat with a spoon, not drink.
  4. If too thick to blend, add a splash of coconut milk, one tablespoon at a time.
  5. Pour into two chilled bowls immediately (it melts fast).
  6. Top with toasted coconut flakes, granola, sliced fresh fruit, and chia seeds in neat rows or a fanned pattern.
  7. Serve immediately with a spoon.
