  1. Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first for smoother blending.
  2. Add the frozen berries, banana, protein powder, honey, and chia seeds if using.
  3. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the ice cubes and blend again for 20-30 seconds until thick and frosty.
  5. Check consistency; add a splash more milk if too thick, or a few more ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
