Berry Protein Smoothie
A thick, creamy post-workout smoothie packed with mixed berries, vanilla protein powder, and Greek yogurt for a satisfying muscle-recovery drink. Naturally sweet-tart with a smooth, milkshake-like texture.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first for smoother blending.
- Add the frozen berries, banana, protein powder, honey, and chia seeds if using.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again for 20-30 seconds until thick and frosty.
- Check consistency; add a splash more milk if too thick, or a few more ice cubes if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
