Apple Cider Punch
A warmly spiced, autumnal punch that blends fresh apple cider with orange juice, cinnamon, and cloves, then floats with apple and orange slices. Serve it warm for a crisp-weather gathering or chilled over ice for a big-batch party punch.

Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh apple cider
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 cinnamon sticks, plus extra for garnish
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup ginger ale or sparkling water (if serving chilled)

Instructions
- Combine the apple cider, orange juice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a large pot or slow cooker.
- Warm over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and steaming (do not boil).
- Taste and stir in brown sugar if a sweeter punch is desired.
- Strain out the cloves and cinnamon sticks if you prefer a clear punch, or leave them in for a rustic presentation.
- To serve warm, ladle into mugs and float an orange slice and apple slice on top.
- To serve chilled, cool the mixture completely, pour over ice in a punch bowl, top with ginger ale or sparkling water, and float the fruit slices.
